Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1½ Cups Milk
- ¼ Cups Vegetable Oil
- 1½ Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- ½ Tsp Fine Salt

In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil; process until blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix just until blended, scraping sides of blender, if necessary.

Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron in batches, using just enough batter to cover bottom grid; close iron and do not open until waffles finish steaming, at least 3 minutes. (If waffle sticks to top grid, close iron and cook for a few moments longer.)
