(diced, peeled, seeded) - 1 Chili Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove
(minced) - ¼ Cups Raisins (light)
- 3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
(packed) - 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Cinnamon
(stick) - ¼ Tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Pear
(diced) - ⅓ Cups Water

In a suacepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes.

Discard cinnamon stick and chili pepper; simmer, uncovered, until thickened (about 20 min).
