- 2 Cups White Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
beaten - 6 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Tsp Baking Powder
Method
In a stand mixer
- 2 Cups Butter
- 2 Cups White Sugar

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
beaten - 6 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Tsp Baking Powder

Continue to beat, adding wet ingredients, then slowly mix in dry ingredients.

Roll out to a 1/4 inch thickness and cut out with cookie cutters.
Bake at 350ºF for 12-16 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Once cooled, top with icing and sprinkles.
