- ½ Tsp Fine Salt
- ½ Cups Water

Method
In a mixing bowl
- 2½ Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Tsp Fine Salt
- ½ Cups Water

Stir together flour, eggs, and salt. Add liquid until dough is soft but not too runny - you may need to adjust amount up to 1 cup.

Boil water, and press dough through a Spätzlehobel. Remove from water once noodles float to the top.
*Joanie's Tip: Put your Spätzlehobel into water immediately before dough sets into concrete.
