Dough
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- ½ Cups Cornstarch
- 1 Cup Icing Sugar
- 2 Cups Butter

Method
In a stand mixer
- 1 Cup Icing Sugar
- 2 Cups Butter

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Sift
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- ½ Cups Cornstarch

Sift flour and cornstarch and slowly add to mixer. Whip together, until fluffy, and until mixture breaks.

Either drop from a tablespon or add a little more flour and knead until it can be rolled our to 1/4 inch thickness. Top with sprinkles if desired.
Bake at 324ºF about 12 min or until light golden brown.
