- 1⅔ Cups Water
- 2 Tbsp Shortening
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Fine Salt
- 1½ Cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2¼ Cups All Purpose Flour
- ¾ Cups 7 Grain Cereal
- 1½ Tsp Bread Machine Yeast
- ⅓ Cups Sunflower Seeds
- ⅓ Cups Pumpkin Seeds
Method
In the bread machine
- 1⅔ Cups Water
- 2 Tbsp Shortening
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Fine Salt
- 1½ Cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2¼ Cups All Purpose Flour
- ¾ Cups 7 Grain Cereal
- 1½ Tsp Bread Machine Yeast

Add the ingredients in order to the bread machine. Turn on to the whole wheat setting, which takes over 4 hours to complete, and press start.
Addition
- ⅓ Cups Sunflower Seeds
- ⅓ Cups Pumpkin Seeds

When the bread machine gives its "add additional ingredients" beep-beep reminder, add in the sunflower and pumpkin seeds all at once.
Note: If you have used the dough setting, the machine will remind you when it is finished with another beep. Then you can remove the dough, shape the loaves and allow them to proof before baking.

The bread machine will continue to mix, proof, and bake on its own. When the bread is done you can either cool it in the breadmaker or shake out the loaf onto a rack.
