Ingredients
Dough
- 1¼ Cups Water
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Honey
- 1½ Tsp Fine Salt
- 2 Garlic Cloves
Crushed - 4 Tbsp Sundried Tomatoes
Drained and minced - 1½ Tsp Rosemary
Dried - 2 Tsp Basil
Dried (or 2 Tbsp fresh) - 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Tsp Bread Machine Yeast

Add ingredients to bread maker in the order listed, then start on "dough" setting.

Shake dough out onto a cookie sheet. Gently shape into a round loaf with wet hands and sprinkle lightly with coarse salt if desired. Bake 375ºF for approx 35 minutes.
Let cool completely before slicing.
*Andrea's note: the internal bread temperature will not register as 200F degrees like other bread recipes, but trust me, it's cooked! Makes a soft bread with no crust.
