- 50 Grams Feta Cheese
- 1 Pinch Basil
Fresh - 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Fine Salt
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Method
In a blender
- 1 Onion
- 1 Ajvar
Mild or spicy

Blend an onion with 1 jar of roasted mild or spicy Ajvar for sweetness.
Pour sauce in a baking dish.
Add to the baking dish
- 1 Zucchini
Medium - 1 Japanese Eggplant
- 1 Squash
small winter squash - 2 Tomatoes

Slice and place vertically in sauce, alternating vegetables in a circle.
On top
- 50 Grams Feta Cheese
- 1 Pinch Basil
Fresh - 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Fine Salt
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Crumble feta, fresh basil, oregano, salt, and drizzle olive oil on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375ºF for 40 minutes. Then, remove foil and bake for 20 more minutes until the vegetables are softened.
