  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • ½ Tsp Red Chilli
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric
  • NaNSalt
    to taste
Potol bhaja

Method

In a large frying pan

  • 1000 Grams Potol
    frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Black Onion Seed
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • ½ Tsp Red Chilli
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric
  • NaNSalt
    to taste

In a large frying pan, heat 2 tbsp mustard oil

Add 2 dried red chili, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp black onion seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 bay leaf, 0.5 tsp red chili, 0.5 tsp turmeric, salt to taste.

Fry for 5 minutes
