Crushed - 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Egg
Boil for 3 minutes - ½ Cups Cream Cheese
Can add more if desired, depending on creaminess desired - 2 Anchovies
Can use about 2 tsp. anchovy paste (tube) - ½ Tsp Black Pepper
Freshly ground - ½ Cups Parmesan Cheese

Method
Into a blender

Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Scrape down the sides and blend again to ensure that everything is well mixed. Place the salad dressing into a glass jar and put in the fridge to chill for an hour before using if possible.
Use the dressing for Caesar salads or dips.
