  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    or more if you want the spice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
    Crushed
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Egg
    Boil for 3 minutes
  • ½ Cups Cream Cheese
    Can add more if desired, depending on creaminess desired
  • 2 Anchovies
    Can use about 2 tsp. anchovy paste (tube)
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
    Freshly ground
  • ½ Cups Parmesan Cheese
    Finely grated
Mom's Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing

Method

Into a blender

  • Cups Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    or more if you want the spice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Egg
    Boil for 3 minutes
  • ½ Cups Cream Cheese
    Can add more if desired, depending on creaminess desired

  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
    Freshly ground
  • ½ Cups Parmesan Cheese
    Finely grated

Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Scrape down the sides and blend again to ensure that everything is well mixed. Place the salad dressing into a glass jar and put in the fridge to chill for an hour before using if possible.

Use the dressing for Caesar salads or dips.
