In a bowl mix together the ground beef, onion, barbeque sauce, Worchestershire sauce, herbs, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper, preferably using your hands to combine ingredients well. If the mixture seems too sloppy you can add in some more bread crumbs.
- 4 Bacon

Grease either a large loaf pan or a shallow ceramic casserole dish - if you want to speed up the cooking time. Pack the meatloaf into the pan and top with the bacon strips or more barbeque sauce if desired.
Bake in a hot 375ºF oven for approximately an hour, or until the centre is cooked through.
Note: Meatloaf is a great way to crush and use up stale crackers or rinse out the bottom of the barbeque sauce jar.
