Ingredients
Tea
- 2 Pinches Fennel
dried - 2 Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
2-3 slices - 3 Cardamom
Green Cardamom Pods - 1 Tsp White Sugar
1 Tsp per cup - 2 Cups Milk
Warm. Same quantity as water - 2 Black Teabags
Preferred brand: Taj Mahal - 2 Cups Water
Method
In a small pot
- 2 Pinches Fennel
dried - 2 Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
2-3 slices - 3 Cardamom
Green Cardamom Pods - 2 Cups Water

Bring water to a boil. Then, add whole spices and boil for 1-2 minutes.
Add to pot
- 2 Black Teabags
Preferred brand: Taj Mahal

Add the teabags and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
Add to pot
- 1 Tsp White Sugar
1 Tsp per cup - 2 Cups Milk
Warm. Same quantity as water

Add milk and sugar, and bring to a boil 2-3 times. Take pot off the heat between boils.
Strain into teacups and serve with your favourite snacks.
