  • 10 Cups Oatmeal
    large flaked, old fashioned style
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ Cups Pecans
    chopped
  • 1 Cup Almonds
    sliced
  • ½ Cups Honey
  • ½ Cups Vegetable Oil
Beekeeper's Granola

Method

Preheat oven to 225ºF. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a large bowl

  • 10 Cups Oatmeal
    large flaked, old fashioned style
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ Cups Pecans
    chopped
  • 1 Cup Almonds
    sliced
  • ½ Cups Honey
  • ½ Cups Vegetable Oil

Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix to ensure honey is evenly distributed and the oat mixture is covered. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 90+ minutes.

Cool and store in a sealed container.

Note: If honey is not viscous, warm it in the microwave first.
