Ingredients
Dough
- 1½ Cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cups Molasses
- 4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Fine Salt
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tsp Ginger Powder
Topping
- ¼ Cups White Sugar
- 1 Candied Ginger
Method
In a bowl
- 1½ Cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cups Molasses
- 4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Fine Salt
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tsp Ginger Powder

Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in molasses and add dry ingredients.
By hand
- ¼ Cups White Sugar
- 1 Candied Ginger

If the dough is too soft and sticky, can refigerate the dough until firm.
Roll into balls and then in white sugar. Flatten slightly and press a piece of candied ginger into the center.

Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 min.
