- 1 Cup Bananas
2 large ripe bananas, mashed - 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- ½ Cups Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cups Vegetable Oil
- 1¾ Cups All Purpose Flour
- ¾ Cups Cocoa Powder
- 1½ Tsp Baking Powder
- 1½ Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Fine Salt

Preheat the oven to 350ºF Grease a 9" x 13" pan.
In a bowl
- 1 Cup Bananas
2 large ripe bananas, mashed - 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- ½ Cups Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cups Vegetable Oil
- 1¾ Cups All Purpose Flour
- ¾ Cups Cocoa Powder
- 1½ Tsp Baking Powder
- 1½ Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Fine Salt

Mash the banana in a bowl. Add all the wet ingredients and whisk, then add the dry ingredients and whisk again until thoroughly blended. The batter will be quite thin.
Pour into a prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool the cake in the pan.
If you wish you can ice the cake with a quick frosting made from icing sugar, cocoa powder, and hot water. Pour over the cake when it is still warm.
