Momo Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- ¼ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
Dumplings
- 12 Dumplings
Chicken or pork, frozen - 1 Pinch Green Onion
Chopped - 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 To Taste Fresh Ginger
Sliced - 1 Tbsp Ghee
Method
In a steam pot or idli maker
- 12 Dumplings
Chicken or pork, frozen

Steam 12-15 dumplings from frozen for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl
- 2 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- ¼ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce

Mix chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, ketchup, red pepper flakes, and soya sauce.
In a small frying pan
- 12 Dumplings
Chicken or pork, frozen - 1 Pinch Green Onion
Chopped - 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 To Taste Fresh Ginger
Sliced - 1 Tbsp Ghee

Fry garlic and ginger until softened. Add the steamed momos and coat well with the sauce.
Garnish with spring onions.
