In a small Tupperware style container with lid

Measure the ingredients into one small lidded container. Repeat the recipe for as many puddings as you wish to make. You can usually obtain 6 puddings out of one large almond milk tetra pack. Give a quick stir to combine the ingredients, although not much will happen at this point until the chia seeds soften.
Refrigerate. After a few hours, give the pudding another stir to break up any lumps, and refrigerate again.
You can enjoy the pudding as is, or add raspberries, sliced bananas or any fresh fruit, or a tablespoon of chopped pecans. Also tasty mixed with Greek yogurt. Keeps about a week in the fridge.
